The building of a large new residential tower in New York City required a lot of marketing. SJP Residential contracted Neoscape to produce numerous marketing assets for this major project, the Platinum. The most impressive piece may well have been the tryptic short film which played in the sales center across three 65″ plasma screens. A majority of the film played in the center screen, but the viewer was enveloped numerous times as the film expanded to all three screens in selected scenes.

For this project, I coordinated the production of: twelve 3D illustrations, tryptic short film, website, sales center experience, sales center graphics, media CD, interactive amenity tool.

Following the success of our marketing assets for Loft5, m_space development hired Neoscape to take on their sister development, L5. Located in Las Vegas, this project catered to a younger, hipper crowd.
