Coinciding with the start of my internship at the Massachusetts Association of Community Development Corporations (MACDC), the group was undertaking a complete redesign and redevelopment of their website. With the programming contracted out to Dan Collis-Puro, I was asked to assist with the project by developing its design and coordinating production.
The new site, launched in December 2009, offers cleaner navigation and consistent layout and font. Utilizing BrowserCMS, the staff now has a much easier, more straight-forward method to updating the site in the future. Google has been heavily integrated: utilizing Google Calendars to manage two calendars (the association, the members), Google Analytics for tracking, and Google Maps for a clear display of all the member organizations within the Commonwealth.
Client: Schnitzer West
Project Location: Bellevue, WA

Employer: Neoscape
The Bravern is a large mixed-use development in downtown Bellevue, Washington. Neoscape was hired by Schnitzer West to help the developer market the residential portion of the of the project. The site includes two ground levels of retail, two office towers, and two 30+ story residential towers. The residential towers also enjoy a large elevated terrace that connects the two and provides additional public space.
For this project, I coordinated the production of: (28) 3D illustrations, four unit animations, and a large interactive sales tool.
Client: The Peterson Companies
Project Location: National Harbor, MD

Employer: Neoscape
National Harbor is a new city being developed by The Peterson Companies outside of Washington, D.C., in Maryland. This large mixed-use development includes new residences, shopping, offices, convention center, hotel and harbor. Neoscape was hired to produce a number of 3D illustrations to help with the developments initial marketing.
For this project, I coordinated the production of: (18) 3D illustrations and (3) animations.

Project Location: Washington, DC

Employer: Neoscape
To better market the apartment portion of their real estate development, Archstone had Neoscape develop a package of marketing materials. These materials centered around renderings that portrayed both the public spaces of this part of the project as well as the residential units. It also included designing an interactive sales tool and consulting with the client while they programmed it.
For this project, I coordinated the production of: ten 3D illustrations, two 2D area maps, interactive sales tool design.
